As a kickboxing enthusiast Josh has practiced many forms of martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira, and Muay Thai Kickboxing. Josh’s passion for martial arts has to train with both men and women, amateurs and professionals in order to gain the knowledge and understanding of such a disciplined sport.
Josh has been incorporating martial arts into his own workout routines for the last decade as a form of cardio, self-defense, breath training, and to increase kinesthetic sense (muscle memory), and coordination. Josh has blended the arts of Kickboxing, Yoga, and Bodybuilding to formulate his very own unique style of training both Mind and Body.

Josh offers Kickboxing sessions devised of bag work, pad work, and foot work for those who are interested in an alternative approach to working out or would like to add a little something different to there routine. During a kickboxing session you will learn basic form and composure along with multiple drills and combinations. Josh breaks down each combination so that you learn how to simultaneously use the strength of your core and the power of your breath in order to properly execute every punch and every kick.
