Yoga & Meditation

Josh offers one-on-one or group private yoga sessions. His experience as a 500-hour trained teacher and Ayurvedic specialist through the Himalayan tradition has lead him to teach a wide variety of clientele from women and men to young or mature. This combination of Yoga and Ayurveda has brought self-healing, self-realization, and self-awareness to many people for thousands of years. Josh continues this tradition by helping clients incorporate yoga into there daily routine.

His sessions provide the knowledge and tools to correct physical and mental imbalances and manage disease and chronic pain. Some of these include: Scoliosis, multiple sclerosis, herniated discs, knee and hip replacements, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica pain, lower back pain, obesity, diabetes, cancer, and depression. Whether you are new to yoga or wanting to deepen your practice and understanding of Prana and Meditation josh can lead you to your goals.

“Josh believes that Yoga was meant for everybody therefore teaches from a place of experience and passion.”

With education in Hatha Yoga, Iyengar yoga, and vinyasa Josh teaches a well-rounded class consisting of Asana, Pranayama, and meditation. After suffering from multiple injuries and fatigue as a weight lifter and athlete, josh decided to dive into the art of yoga and meditation. Since then he has integrated both bodybuilding and yoga in his own routine to maintain a strong and flexible body.

“The Core is where power comes from so the core is where we start”

From the ground up Josh teaches the fundamentals of breath work and core activation. Next, the mental and physical imbalances are addressed and yoga becomes an expression of your most inner self. Josh’s approach to yoga is through a series of postures designed to correct physical deviations with focus on muscle engagements and mental awareness. Each session is dynamic, original, and targets your body’s current state.

“Yoga is navigation through all aspects of your life. Humbling you. Strengthening you. Inspiring you.”
